The Afghanistan and EU Chamber of Commerce was founded by Shir M. Farukh. He was former Afghanistan commercial attaché to the EU based in the Mission and Embassy of Afghanistan in Belgium
Mr. Farukh was successful entrepreneur and for three years he served as advisor to the ministry of investments and commerce of Afghanistan.
